We aim to provide a reliable, knowledgeable but straight talking service that is expected of a professionally qualified firm. More specifically we aim to provide the following:
RESPONSE TIMES
We will deal with correspondence from you promptly. Telephone messages will be returned either the same day or, where this is not practical, by the end of the following working day.
Correspondence from you will be dealt with promptly and by no later than ten working days from receipt.
Accounts will be prepared in at least draft form within two calendar months of commencement of the relevant work. This is provided that the commencement date is agreed with us in advance and all information provided at the outset of the assignment. By arrangement, accounts can of course be prepared on a tighter deadline to suit your needs.
SERVICE AND QUALITY
As Associates of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW), with the entitlement to practice, we have to comply to strict guidelines and are subject to external review. You can be assured that our business is run to the highest standards and compliant with all required regulations. We will always be friendly, approachable and courteous. You will be encouraged to discuss issues with us. If you feel that our services do not reach expected standards, or if you are ever disappointed, please tell us. We will endeavour to enhance services to you and provide value for money.
FEES
Our fees reflect the quality and value of the personalised and expert service that we provide. We are happy to discuss with you the basis of our fees and provide an estimate or a fixed price quotation. We are happy to discuss with you monthly payment plans if required.
TRAINING
We will ensure that all members of our team receive good quality training on a regular basis. This ensures the quality of the service you receive. As Associates of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, we must comply the Institute’s guidelines of Continued Professional Development (CPD) that ensures that we attend regular external courses that provide us with the necessary up-to-date knowledge of accounting and tax issues.
